The builder handed over a finished house and bare ground. This is what a complete new-construction package looks like a few months in. Out front, staked foxtail palms, agave and blue daze along a curved paver drive. Out back, a dark pool with in-water loungers and two stone Buddhas, a raised sago planter, clusia for privacy and sweet potato vine spilling over the edges. The stakes come off once the roots take.
