Wellington lots are a different scale
Bigger properties, open western wind, and a lot of horses in the neighborhood. Acreage landscaping is about structure first. Windbreaks and privacy hedges that actually establish, shade trees placed where they will matter in ten years, and beds sized so the house does not look like it is wearing a necklace two sizes too small. We plan for the scale instead of multiplying a small-yard design by four.
