This is the yard from the video, and the one the homeowner talks about on camera. Front and back, designed and installed by Bailey and his crew. Artificial turf under a rope hammock strung between two coconut palms, a thatched tiki hut by the pool, copper rain chains where the gutters used to be, and beds layered with alocasia, monstera, black cordyline, sea grape, sago and orchids tucked into the trees. Out front, a circular drive with an agave island bed and coconuts leaning over the door.
