Landscape design and installation, from concept to final walkthrough

The full yard, planned and planted

This is the main event. You tell us how you want to live in your yard. We design the whole thing, pick every plant for your light and soil, and install it with our own hands. Owner Bailey Lord works every project from the first walk to the final walkthrough, so the person who designed your yard is the person standing in it.

Plants that survive South Florida

Salt air near the water. Sandy soil almost everywhere. Rainy summers and dry winters. Every plant we install is chosen for the actual conditions of your property, not whatever the nursery had extra of that week. That is the difference between a landscape that looks good at install and one that looks better every year.

What a project looks like

Call or text for a free estimate. Bailey walks the property with you and listens first. You get a clear design and an exact quote. The quote is the price. Then we build it, clean up after ourselves, and walk the finished yard together. Work is warrantied.

How the design actually happens

Bailey walks the property with you and mostly listens. What you want, how you use the yard, what annoys you about it now. Then he looks at the things that decide whether plants live or die here. Sun and shade through the day, how water moves when it rains, and what the soil is doing under the surface. The design comes out of that walk, and the quote comes with it. You get a clear plan and one number. Take your time with it.

Plants that live here, not just at the nursery

South Florida is its own planet for plants. Sandy soil, brutal summer sun, salt in the air near the water, a wet season and a dry season. A plant that looks perfect at the nursery can be a slow-motion goodbye in the wrong spot. So we pick for the spot. Clusia for hedges that actually thicken. Crotons and ixora where you want color that can take the heat. Palms matched to the scale of the house instead of whatever was on sale. Right plant, right place is the whole trick, and it is the reason our warranty does not scare us.

What a client said

"Bailey is careful about selecting the best plant materials for the spaces where they will be aesthetically appropriate and thrive. I have worked with several landscapers in other parts of the country but none as talented, helpful, and economical as Bailey and his team." That is from Gerry E., a real HomeAdvisor review of a real installation. We would rather show you one honest quote than a wall of stars we cannot back up.

Lighting or turf can ride along with an install. Most people add landscape lighting at the end, when they see the yard and want to keep looking at it after dark.

Questions we get about design and installation

How much does landscape design cost in Palm Beach County?
The estimate is free and the quote is the price. Every yard is different, so we walk the property first and give you one real number that covers design, plants, and installation. No allowances that balloon later.
How long does an installation take?
Most residential installs run two to five working days once the plants arrive. Bigger projects take longer and we tell you the schedule in the quote, not after we start.
What happens if a plant dies?
Our work is warrantied. If a plant fails to establish after we installed it correctly and you watered it as we walked through together, we replace it. That is what the warranty is for.
Can you work with the plants I already have?
Yes. Healthy plants that fit the design stay. Paying to rip out good material makes no sense, and telling you the truth about what is worth keeping is part of the job.
